The fashion buyers, shoppers and trend setters have all packed up and headed home for the season, but my mind is still on fashion week and the trends I spotted there. Beyond plaid, the fashion world seems to have gotten the blues. And not just any blue, but a pure, bright, nearly but not quite electric blue.
